SafeNet®is a unique system recovery service developed by Ingenuity. Here is how it works. You'll have SafeNet client software sitting on your server that records every transaction, keeps a log file, and an event file. It's also synchronized with the host software at our site via a high speed internet connection. SafeNet automatically copies your files and transaction changes and updates our copy of your system. If you experience a hardware crash, lose or corrupt your data, you call us. We run a script on our server that converts our copy of your database from synch mode to production mode- takes about 5 minutes. We call you back with an IP address. It takes 3 or 4 mouse clicks and you're back up and running. Your network is now connected to our server instead of your own, which presently isn't playing well with others and you shouldn't notice any changes. Maybe a slight reduction in response times depending upon the speed of your internet connection.

Custom Reporting & Programming
Ingenuity offers the perfect solution for customers who require reports that are unique
to their business, and who want to view the data available in Ingenuity in a specific manner.
For example, if you need to import large amounts of data from another database into Ingenuity
or database or program (eg, EDI), custom reporting and programming services make it possible.
